A simple plugin that searches content items and replaces the standard chess notation for positions, Forsyth- Edwards Notation (FEN), with a graphic representation. For instance, {mosFEN}rnbqkbnr/pppppppp/8/8/8/8/PPPPPPPP/RNBQKBNR w KQkq - 0 1{/mosFEN} results in a diagram for the starting position in chess. There is limited backend support: change the colour of the squares, or assign a CSS-class to the diagram. There are no coordinates, but a "side-to-move" indicator is planned. |
