This Sytems provides protection by various methods including:

* Creation of any number of User/Membership Groups

* Assignment of users to one or more membership groups

* Assignment of Access to various CMT's, Administrative Menu items, and Content Sections

* The ability to lock CMT's so that they may not be uninstalled by just any Super Admin

* The ability to block backend access to any administrator

Joomla 1.0.11

Joomla introduced many changes to its core code in Joomla 1.0.11. This Joomla code is still changing as a number of errors have been identified. Please see this thread for details of patches that are being applied prior to the release of 1.0.12. Joomla discussion thread on 1.0.11 There are other threads in the Security, Q&T, General, Upgrading, Installation and 3PD forums relating to this upgrade.

While we want to get an update for JBAM out to you as soon as possible, we are having to wait until the new release/patch is out and the code is stable. JBAM just cannot run on unstable code. This means that there will not be a JBAM version released for Joomla 1.0.11. We intend to release a JBAM upgrade for 1.0.12 once it is released and confirmed to be stable.
