Sigsiu Online Business Index
SOBI - is a component for the WCMS Joomla! to show entries of companies (like the "Yellow Pages"®). Via the web interface, the customers (companies) enter themselves in the index. The options "Show Logo/Image" and "Detailed Description" can be for free or not. The entries are divided into categories. They can be found using the implemented search function.
SOBI is almost entirely configurated within the backend. The layout of the frontend can be changed using the separate CSS file SOBI is based on JAddresses of Ramiro Gómez and is published under the GPU/GPL licence.

We had to change the name of the component to SOBI because the term "Yellow Pages" is a registered trademark :-/
This is an Advanced Component inspired Joomla! Web Links Component.
Component Features:
- Creating sub category
- Show categories with 2,3 or 4 columns.
- Show/Hide Main category image and description
- Show/Hide total web links in the categories

If you have lots of categories and web links in your web site, this component should your first choices.
Allow PDFs to be searched via the Joomla/Mambo search module. This component allows you to index PDFs on your site and the corresponding plugin (mosbot) allows that index to be searched. Directories that contain PDFs can either be set to public or registered. Will only work on servers using Linux or Windows and Apache. Will not work in safemode.
The contactlist component displays a list of contacts integrated in Joomla!. It features a paged view and contact search with sorting. Easy customization and translation. Ideal for creating telephone lists for example in Joomla based Intranets. This component is based on Emir Sakic's excellent Userlist component.

This is the component "cinema" with un installation and a management in french.
This component can search content/items on all the Joomla/Mambo sites that are listed in the component setup. You can list all the sites to search you want, but you of course must have access rights to the databases. And it can be done on all the servers you list in the setup!!! You can even choose which prefix to use if you have different prefixes in a database - when adding a site the component contact the database to test the connection!!! The search result is shown in a menu item from a normal component link. J!oogle is a fully integrated Joomla! component that utilises Google's Web API to conduct web searches. The results are displayed through Joomla! (not a wrapper). Edit the CSS file to change the look and feel to suite your site. From Joomla!'s admin you can set the defaults for the advanced search features including Language. Additionally you can switch off Advanced Search feature in the front end, thus forcing your own set of criterea to all searches. You do need a Google Account (which costs nothing), and a Google Key (comes with the account). The only restriction is that Google restricts te searchs to 1000 per day.
This module generates a list of zones for a quick navigation of the site. The list represents the map of the site with the possibility of settings the level of the nodes children to be posted.
