AMFPHP is a way to provide Flash/Flex remoting services on an Apache/PHP platform instead of requiring your server to be a Cold Fusion server. J-AMFPHP add AMFPHP as a plugin for Joomla, exposing the Joomla API to AMFPHP services. This has the benefit of using all the Joommla core API for managing the database, connecting with other components and modules, etc, without rewriting everything a second time. This component is for developers only! It is intended to make it easier for developers to build front-end Flash modules and components driven by Joomla content. This is not meant for end-users or general site administrators who are not familiar with developing their own modules and plugins. Make sure to install the additional Discovery Service plugin if you intend to use the AMFPHP browser. Plugin for the Joomla Flash Uploader for Joomla 1.5.x

The Joomla Flash Uploader (JFU) is the Joomla component of the TWG Flash Uploader. JFU enables everyone to upload files with a Flash to a web server the easiest way possible. No upload HTML form anymore where you have to upload each file individually. You only need Flash 8 or higher installed to use this component. You can resize images automatically after the upload and is therefore optimal for adding images to your galleries. Previews of images are available too. Administrators can upload files in the backend of Joomla AND the functionality can be offered to the users in the front-end as well. Upload profiles can be created and assigned to Joomla users. This gives the possibility to give e.g. every user a different upload directory and/or different rights/functions. Uploading was never easier!

QContacts is a contact manager component derived from com_contact, the standard component distributed with Joomla!, and offering several additional features. 1) More contact fields: Yahoo Messenger Id and Skype Id to provide your visitors with an alternate way to send a message to the contact. 2) Up to 3 custom fields can be added to the contact form. This plugin allows you to insert or include one content item into another content item. Inserting a content item is as easy as {include_content_item 123}, where 123 is the ID of the content item to be included. Note: The ID of the respective content item is listed in the Content Items Manager (or Article Manager in Joomla 1.5). This is useful, for example, when you have a block of text that you want to appear across a number of content items or articles e.g. download instructions, copyright notice, images, common links/resources, etc. If you have installed the DirectPHP plugin, you can also store frequently used PHP code snippets in a content item. This can then be included into other content items. Note: Please make sure that in the Mambot/Plugin Manager, this plugin comes before the DirectPHP plugin so that this plugin is being processed first, followed by DirectPHP.
